My journey with Scentsy started in June of 2006.  A friend of mine, at work, had a Scentsy Wickless basket party and at first I thought that it was a silly idea for a product.  I didn’t think much about it until the ladies in my office started to receive their orders.  Once I realized that I was the silly one, I picked up a catalog and emailed the company.  A few weeks later, a consultant in Dallas called me to find out if I was interested in learning more about the Scentsy Family.  Within five minutes, I knew that Scentsy was the company for me.  My entire goal from the very beginning was to have the ability to stay home with my children.  At the time I signed up, I had only been married for 9 months and the thought of having children had not entered our minds.  Four and a half years later we have three little ones!! The Scentsy Family provides me with the opportunity to stay at home with all of my babies and allows my husband to attend school full-time without the worry of finding a job.

In May of 2012, the Scentsy Family introduced the new brand of Velata.  Having been around for over 5 years, I was really excited for this new idea!  The opportunities that the Scentsy Family are allowing us are amazing!  Breaking away from the traditional idea of a party plan business, into a new way of thinking is truly remarkable.  Not everyone will be excited about the same products you are but allowing you to be excited about easy and fun fondue while someone else can be excited about wickless candles and still allowing it to build towards the same sales and recruiting goals is amazing!

I have also been blessed with the opportunity to meet so many amazing people in and outside of the Scentsy Family.  The Velata opportunity can truly change your life!  Whether it’s giving you the ease of making great fondue, earning free product, or earning extra income for you and your family, the opportunities are endless!  The blessings I have received are indescribable and I can never thank the Scentsy Family enough for changing my life!
